Samuel Jersak
Samuel Jersak was born in Tübingen and grew up in Reutlingen. In his childhood he received piano and organ lessons and discovered his love for music. He studied jazz piano in Frankfurt, Cologne and Nuremberg and completed the “Kontaktstudiengang Popularmusik” in Hamburg.
He released three solo albums, his composition "Bridge By Night" made it to number 1 in the itunes jazz charts in 2007. His new album "Kabul" was released under his pseudonym Sam Kars in 2022 on the Berlin label erlkoenig records.
